For your security, do not enter your bank routing or account number in this online form. Submit the basics here and Utility Billing will contact you to complete the secure banking portion — or download the PDF and return it to City Hall with a voided check.

Paperless billing sends your utility statement by email only — you can request a paper copy at any time by calling (660) 547-2718.
You are responsible for keeping a current email address on file and for saving billing statements for your records.
The City of Lincoln may discontinue this service with reasonable notice.
