- Automatic Draft: Set up automatic bank draft or automatic credit/debit card draft. Complete the automatic draft application online, or apply in person at City Hall.
- In Person: City Hall, 618 S. Main Street, Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Drop Box: On the north wall of the City Hall entry doors.
