Service Deposit
To establish water and sewer service, the City collects a $25 non-refundable processing fee plus a $150 deposit. Homeowner deposits are credited back after 12 consecutive months of timely payments. Tenant deposits are applied to the final bill.
Residential sewer is billed based on the average water usage during the March–May billing cycles. Business sewer is billed on actual monthly water usage.
